You can’t. If you buy another level membership it will overwrite your current level.
If you buy more membership of the same level the expiration date of that level will be extended accordingly. (It’s possible to extend the date when changing level but I need to learn how to implement it first).
The default one month membership is recurrent, a different type than the 3 months or 1 years membership so the expiration date will probably be reset regardless what level you currently are, I’m not totally sure though.
